The German Adult Education Association (DVV International) held a workshop on "Enhancing Institutional Capacities Towards Sustainability" with its partner community organizations over three days, from 19 to 21 May 2026.
On the first day, discussions focused on how to transform organizations from relying on individuals to relying on institutional systems.
On the second day, a dialogue was facilitated on how to reach donors and write project proposals, in addition to discussing the most prominent challenges the partner organisations of DVV International face in this context. Inspiring field experiences in attracting funding were also presented by partner associations .
On the third day, the final draft of the key performance indicators was reviewed, and the need to simplify and adapt the tool to suit the reality of community organizations was discussed.
