An exhcange meeting with the partners in the project of development, community empowerment and adult education, to discuss ways to develop an adult education methodology, and to discuss the idea of an adult education incubator that will be initiated by the creativity club Karak during the year 2021.

DVV International in Jordan organized a field visit to the Creativity Club - Karak and an exchange meeting for the partners in the development, community empowerment and adult education project, on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, with the aim of discussing ways to develop an adult education methodology in Jordan. During the visit, the partners discussed an incubator idea. Adult education work that the club will initiate during the year 2021. The visit and the exchange meeting were attended by the Family Wellfare Association - Zarqa, and the Queen Zein Al Sharaf  Association - Mafraq, in addition to the Local Community Development Center, Jedita, the Local Community Development Center - Muhay, and Ira & Yarqa Local Community Development Center.
The importance of reflection as a basic step to the methodology before training and the importance of a business incubator as a complementary step to the methodology was studied, and the creativity club - Karak will implement the experiment, and the partners will focus on conducting a group of activities and meetings to identify learning needs and develop learning approaches in regards.
It is noteworthy that the project of development, community empowerment and adult education, in which 7 local partners participate, began its implementation nearly 5 years ago in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Development and community institutions (4 community based organizations participate in the project, in addition to 3 local community development centers affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development.
